Volvo uses Flash video for Route v50 marketing: Great user experience

Published by at 12:45 under Wayback Archive

Nice usage of Flash video by Volvo. The rest of this promo site is great as well, it really creates a good user experience. Unfortunately I have no idea who developed this (please contact me if you know who did). [via www.digcult.nl]

The quality of the small movie that plays first is not that great, but click “de film” > “de film” or “trailers” > “trailer 1” for some awesome video usage.

I think Mercedes-Benz’ use of Flash video is way better 🙂

Usually it’s the advertising agency Forsman and Bodenfors, Gothenburg Sweden, that does all Volvo advertisment (http://www.forsmanbodenfors.se). Don’t know if they had something to do with this one though, since it was a German site. Check out http://www.forsmanbodenfors.se

It is an international campaign, created by MVBMS Fuel Europe Amsterdam. Volvo’s European advertising agency, they were also responsible for the Mystery of Dalar.
