Floorplanner Rich Internet Application

Found a link to Floorplanner in my mailbox today (thanks Jeroen). Floorplanner is a nice example of efficient Flash usage to design the layout of rooms, offices and any other buildings (like creating your own meeting room layout when you book meeting space at a hotel).
