If you like visiting Macromedia related events you’ll have a busy agenda the coming months. Many MX related events are going to be hosted in Belgium and Netherlands in September, October and November this year. Some of them are organised by Macromedia, others are sponsored by us and we’ll be simply attending events organised by others as well.

Even better is that we will have several great speakers from Macromedia (Ben Forta, Tim Buntel and Mike Downey) or the European Flash Community leaders. Click “read more” for the full agenda.

This is the current agenda of events (also see www.macromedia.com/nl/events):

• Dutch Flex DevTalks via Breeze Live. Starting early September (after the ones that are done in Germany), more details to follow
• 6 September, MXUG.nl Event with Ben Forta (more details to follow soon)
• 9 till 14 September, IBC, Amsterdam: big video, broadcasting and communication event. Macromedia does have a big booth here and many Macromedians like Mike Downey, Greg Rewis, Chris Hock and myself will be hosting demos and meetings.
• 27 September, Flashtival 2004, Rotterdam: Big Flash event hosted by the Dutch and Belgium Flash community FlashFocus.
• 4 October 2004, MX Days, Brussels: new event travelling around Europe and organised by Macromedia Europe. Tim Buntel will be speaking here. More details to follow.
• 1 till 4 November, Macromedia MAX 2004, New Orleans (ok, not in our region but still very cool – let me know when you are from BeNeLux and are going there)
• 11 & 12 November 2004, Media Elements, Enschede: Big MultiMedia event with many many Flash experts from the community like Owen van Dijk, Peter Elst, Joost Korngold, Peter Brouwers, BDisOke, Keith Peters, Guy Watson, Bill Bussey, Samual Wan and many more.
• Many smaller business RIA events hosted by our partners.
