Flash Player 7 supports CSS. Check here for a nice sample application that shows the capabilities. Now how’s that?

ps: If you have not noticed yet, Dreamweaver MX 2004 has many major improvements for creating CSS based sites as well! Looks like I need to polish my CSS skills (and grab Eric Meyer his book from the shelf)
