These guys have made some very cool demo applications for video usage in Flash MX. They call this solution Presenter in Presentation (PiP).
The samples includes an explanation of PiP, an interactive presentation of a very new printer, a presentation on how to make McDonalds Hamburgers and a Finance Related presentation. Defenitely worth a visit!
